Office Security
The guard’s duties will include but are not limited to the following:
To patrol office at designated checkpoints.
Deter prevent anyone suspected of trespassing
Deal with fire evacuations and other building emergencies
Check for hazards and prevention of fire incidents.
Ensure the health and safety of all visitors and staff
Assistance with building evacuation process
Out of hours control of building evacuation process
Internal patrols
Key issuing and monitoring
Completion of all paperwork as appropriate( i.e. DOB, daily handover logs, etc)
Specific reception training can be given at short notice so that they meet the requirements of customers in their reception areas. The staff can then apply the principals of security to their reception operation.
